"The coin bears the image of the emperor Caesar, so you should pay the emperor his portion. But because you bear the image of God,[m] you must give back to God all that belongs to him.” And they were utterly stunned by Jesus’ words. "  Mark 12:17 TPT  They brought him a silver coin used to pay the tax. “Now, tell me,” Jesus said, “whose head is on this coin and whose inscription is stamped on it?” “Caesar’s,” they replied. Jesus said, “Precisely. The coin bears the image of the emperor Caesar, so you should pay the emperor his portion. But because you bear the image of God, you must give back to God all that belongs to him.” And they were utterly stunned by Jesus’ words.  Can we look at ourselves as his image-bearers (created in his image) and consider how are we spending our lives? How do we appropriately give our lives back to the Light of the World, to Him who created all things, He who is perfect Love, who bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things and endures all things, the father of lights, the giver of every good gift?  March 12:17, 1 Corinthians 13:7  .

Can we look at ourselves as his image-bearers (created in his image) and consider how are we spending our lives?
