DTS Staff/Leaders

Opportunity for DTS Leaders at YWAM Kelowna
Are you passionate about discipleship and have a heart for DTS? YWAM Kelowna is looking for dedicated leaders who love discipling others and want to be part of a pioneering team. If you have completed a DTS or have experience leading one, we invite you to join us for a long-term commitment in this dynamic environment.
We require all our DTS staff to take a School of Supernatural Ministry (SSM) before leading at this location. If you haven’t taken an SSM yet, consider doing one with us here at YWAM Kelowna. It’s a great way for us to connect and build a foundation for fruitful ministry together.

Base STAFF
Base staff don’t directly lead in our schools but feel called to build up the base that hosts the school.
ATTENTION: We are not able to consider Africa, China, or the Indian subcontinent (South Asia) for our staff positions, unless they already reside in continental North America. Additionally, YWAM Kelowna does not have family housing, so we are not able to host family units.
It’s important to note that all YWAM staff and missionaries rely on the financial support of friends, families, and churches to engage in mission work. All staff and volunteers will raise their own support and, if living on the base, will be subject to base-fees.

Media as a Mission
Part-time
Media and Communications Volunteer Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate individual who feels called to use media as a tool for missions. If you love communicating powerful messages through media and want to make an impact, this role could be perfect for you. We are seeking someone who is:
- Skilled in social media management
- Familiar with WordPress, Facebook for business, and Google Advertising
- An amateur photographer with a creative eye
- Comfortable with basic web design
- Proficient in any combination of these skills
Web coding is not required but would be a valuable asset.
