Having trouble making squares?
Our team was challenged with making a perfect square out of a loop of string while blindfolded. It sounds easy, and we almost had it early on, but everyone getting right angles is what proved to be the most challenging.
If we want balance as a team we need to cooperate. Our perspective can be subjective to us but still have an impact on the team as a whole. When we communicate openly we can see where we are all coming from and where we are to complete the task as a team.
