Sharing the Good News! Myra’s Testimony. Doug and I met a Filipino man who appeared to be a cleaner. We introduced ourselves as Christians and asked if he needed prayer, to which he said yes. As we talked, he shared that he was married, had two kids, and had been living here for a few years. I shared my testimony of coming from a traditional Christian background, explaining how I had knowledge of God but didnt have a personal relationship with Jesus. I told him how an evangelist once said the longest journey is from the head to the heart. I asked if he would invite Jesus into his heart, and he said yes, with tears in his eyes. This reminded me of my own conversion. When I accepted Jesus, it felt like I had put on new glasseseverything looked brighter and more beautiful. That joy has never left me, and I see Gods beauty everywhere.
