Loved teaching at YWAM Grand Forks on the Character and Nature of God this past week. What a beautiful community of believers. I love teaching this subjectI always learn so much more about God! I had a profound experience reflecting on the contrast between us being made in “image of God” and Jesus coming as the “Son of Man” from Daniel 7. The incredible and intentional way Jesus demonstrated God’s loveby coming in humble submission, under the mindset of slavery, and then rising in favor with both God and humanity to ultimately redeem us from that way of thinkingcompletely amazes me. How much more possible is it, as sons and daughters, to live as He did: “anointed with the Holy Spirit and power, doing good and healing all who are oppressed by the devil, because God is with us!” Acts 10:38 and “As He is, so are we in this world” 1 John 4:17 So good.
